It was a different sort of battle, but we've seen her teleport in T'A'R very quickly in prior books when she initially realized she was being spied on, and during the battle, when she would will herself somewhere, attack or do some recon, and then shift someplace else.
Egwene is more skilled and stronger than Slayer and Perrin, so she wasn't relying on imagining herself as a physical fighter so much, but when it came down to it (throwing the spear with super strength for example), she can do what they can.
