In Aviendha’s visions in Rhuidean it’s clear that Rand will win TG. However, it’s also implied that that he and his wives will survive TG.

Keep in mind that all prophecies/foretellings/visions concerning the post TG world are uncertain. The Wheel cannot predict the outcome of the LB.

Aviendha's vision happens before Rand's epiphany and before his failure with Tuon. It appears to show the sort of future if "dark Rand" won the LB, with his concept of forcing the Seanchan into a truce just for the LB, then let the nations fight after his death.

That was a really bad idea, because nothing would be solved. Elayne, Egwene, the Aiel etc. they are already planning the big war against the Seanchan post TG. We already know this won't happen. 5-10 years after TG, Tuon and Mat return to Seanchan. They won't stay to fight and bring down the Tower and make an Empire in the Westlands.

It's the same mistake Hawkwing made, and how the factions were forced to be at peace in his reign, and how it lead to an explosion of war the minute he wasn't there. It was also the mistake of the Seanchan's "consolidation". Only the tyranny of the Paendrag held at bay the forces of Seanchan. Semirhage only had to kill the royal line and all the forces went to war.

To avert this "word war" seen by Aviendha, the conflict with the Seanchan must be resolved, not put on hold until the LB is done.

A new future post epiphany is about to arise. Rand's epiphany opened new doors that were closed before. Don't forget Lews Therin knows a great deal more about world peace, flattening tensions, bringing people together and the Age of Legends system than he knows about War. New Rand won't approach the Seanchan problem the way the old Rand did, with his crazy notion of enforcing a truce by tyranny. Tyrants' Empires always fall down, and often in large wars between the factions they had oppressed.

The conflict is about to reach its breaking point. Tuon is moving everything north (I told you years ago at some point she would move everything she has out of the South for a surprise battle north, didn't I. I was just wrong on the timing and exact events leading to it, not Rand's ultimatum, but the imminence of TG and the theft of Travelling) to strike at TV, and Rand is assembling all his forces north of Tar Valon. The two big armies of the Light will be in danger of clashing, while the Shadow strikes at cities like Caemlyn.... The final resolution of the conflict need happen shortly, or else the assembled forces of the Light will fight at a catastrophic moment. But between all the players now reunited (Egwene, Rand, Elayne, Mat, Egeanin and co.) it seems to me the next development is that Demandred will capture or destroy all of Rand's power bases right at the beginning of TG and make his headquarters at Caemlyn/the BT. He will have, or have destroyed, Tear, Illian, Cairhien, Falme - and control as many portal stones as possible. He will strike at all the supply bases of the Seanchan right after they move North. Moridin will hold the Blight, Demandred will hold the South and center, the Seanchan will hold Tar Valon.

The prediction of the Finns is coming true: Rand will have the world "as one", north of Tar Valon. TV as the last Fortress of the Light will happen only when the Seanchan conflict gets resolved. Rand knows this is how the world as One needs to happen - not figuratively but literally - all his armies together in one place - and he has manipulated Egwene to help him assembling everyone...
