I think that will change given time. We already see that she has regrets about leading Mat over to living as a High Blood for reasons she can't explain. Shucks, even in Avi's vision of the "future" Tuon was considered honorable by none other than Rhurac. I'm not saying that she doesn't have a lot to change, she does. It will take some time, though. She still needs to come to grips with the fact that she can channel herself, which will tip the scales against her future damane training I think (along with Mat prodding her to stop).
