Leaving aside the Elayne plot line - still the only one in the whole series I consider largely filler (to keep her on screen), I think the biggest disjointed bit was Tam being in two spots and times at once.
The story told would have been exactly the same if the earlier Rand and Egwene chapters had been pushed back futher in the book to at least when Tam had left Perrin. And it wouldn't have messed with the head so much.

I understand that Andor is key to winning the LB, but do we really need to see so much of its leader?
Pacing was really off. *spoilers*
