The way I see it going down is Taim's faction in the BT will make a move against Rand as TG begins, so Logain runs off, slaughters most of them, drags the rest back to Rand and forces them to swear fealty. Would fit with Min's visions of glory for him. He'd be a huge hero because of it, not just to the Aes Sedai, but to everyone in general.
The only problem with this is that Taim's faction comprises most all of the Black Tower, and Logain's followers dwindle by the day as they're subverted by Taim. Logain is only one man, after all, and we still have to see "the Black Tower shall be rent in fire in blood, and sisters shall walk its grounds" which at least implies that AS will be a part of Taim being taken down.
