Or rather Demadred. Did we just catch a glimpse of him as that new Asha'man that Taim really likes and is progressing very quickly?

Third party hearsay and we don't actually see him, but he shows up and now there's compulsion.

Don't know if that was him or not but I have to disagree with the compulsion. They're being turned!!! Also, I think the DO said Oasn'gar wouldn't be back as he's failed twice and as Aran'gar was balefired I doubt she'll be back either.
