I think that's more of a reference to Almoth, who's flag was "blue for the sky above, black for the earth below, with the spreading Tree of Life to join them".


The one you guys are after is "Again the seed slays ancient wrong, before the Great Lord comes."

I have read speculation (which I agree with) that the "ancient wrong" may be, from the Seanchan's perspective, the White Tower. Recall that Ishy made Artur Hawkwing dead set against AS, to the point of besieging Tar Valon. Ostensibly sisters may have died during this siege. Now Tuon plans to return to the WT and raze it to the ground, not to mention sending Bloodknife assassins into its midst to kill sisters. So the Seanchan are slaying "ancient wrong" (i.e. free channelers) again. Just one possible interpretation.
