Hilarious! You say people 'blanked out' that Egwene had a Dream. All I did was ask if -Egwene herself- mentioned the Dream to Rand. The answer was a clear "NO".
Yes, and...? You no nothing of the drift of the conversation, nothing of how things were proceeding. All you have is your hatred of Egwene...
All I said that 'the people' didn't forget that Dream, but apparently Egwene did. You don't need to have read the book to know that's plain stupidity, when you could have better informed the one person in the world prophecised to save it!
Well, she didn't. She remembered the dream, and wanted to discuss it in private. Rand said no...
What stopped her from just saying she Dreamed about it right there and then. It's a two second sentence!
Lets see... maybe she didn't want to publicly reveal it? That way, she commits herself to opposing him. By keeping it to herself, she can still change her mind without the Hall saying, "didn't you yourself dream that....".
A perfect opportunity to add weight to her wanting to discuss it -by mentioning- that dream!
For god's sake READ THE BOOK. Or shut your trap. Till you can quote the conversation in full, your inputs are even more meaningless than usual.
Dropping what she considers vital information in one sentence wouldn't actually -be- a discussion, now would it?
No, it wouldn't. She has every right to want to keep it private. It would have been a discussion if Rand explained his plan to her as well. He didn't either. They both didn't want to say too much in public, and Rand had to go soon, so they couldn't have a private chat.
It only takes a few seconds to say she had a real Dream just hours ago and that she thought it was all about Breaking the Seals.
Simple.
Simple.
Or maybe it isn't simple, and you could actually read the damn book before getting into a discussion with a bunch of people about it. That is simple. As are you, it seems...
Want to slap Egwene *minor spoliers*

It's Nynaeve's choice. As Egwene said, anyone who wants to call themselves Aes Sedai must swear. *NM*

Funny how Eggy -in Fionwe's own words- 'blanked' out her own Dream then!
