/Theory: The Glossary Entry of "Towers of Midnight, the" (HERE BE SPOILERS) - Edit 1

In the Glossary of ToM, The Towers of Midnight has a glossary entry, as follows:
Towers of Midnight, the: Thirteen fortresses of unpolished black marble located in Imfaral, Seanchan. At the time of Consolidation of Seanchan, it was the center of military might. The final battle of the Consolidation took place there, leaving Hawkwing's descendants in power. Since that time, it has been unoccupied. Legend has it that in time of dire need, the Imperial family will return to the Towers of Midnight and "right that which is wrong."
A final fact about the Towers that is not mentioned is that Deain, creator of the a'dam, was imprisoned there, and her screams "shook the Towers of Midnight".
So, here is the theory: Tuon will "right that which is wrong" by ordering the release of the damane. As far as we know, the Towers of Midnight could be the spot where the first woman was leashed as damane, that woman being Deain. I don't think that she'll do it in aMoL, as we won't be seeing the Seanchan continent, apparently, but if the outriggers do happen, then perhaps this theory can come true then. With a slight bit of foreshadowing from the series.
Thoughts? Criticisms? Ideas?
