I suggest reading the book then before drawing conclusions from other people's explanations. Especially since they don't give the entire picture.
No, Egwene did not tell Rand about the Dream. However, Rand didn't give her much opportunity to say much of anything at all. He showed up, told her the plan so that she could prepare and that she was to meet him in a month's time - and that they would discuss any of her issues then. Then he "asked" for her permission to leave while saying in the same breath that it was out of politeness and that he had no intentions of sticking around to discuss anything beyond what he had come to say.
Not that I blame him per se. Just want you to have a full grasp of the situation and how it actually played it out. It's not always as easy as a "yes" or "no" answer.

It's Nynaeve's choice. As Egwene said, anyone who wants to call themselves Aes Sedai must swear. *NM*

Did she -in all her grandness and wisdom- mention that Dream to Rand?

Funny how Eggy -in Fionwe's own words- 'blanked' out her own Dream then!
