Honestly why would it be Egwene who should be slapped?

Nynaeve is a big girl and can make her own choices. Egwene is being reasonable to insist any who would call themselves AS are required to take the Oaths. Hate them though we might, at this point it's still the major point of differentiation between AS and all other women who can Channel. Blame the AS Organization and Nynaeve for this, not Egwene who is simply upholding the Law/Tradition etc...
The Wise Ones required Aviendha to go through the arches even knowing that could kill her and I don't hear anyone saying we should slap Amys for sending her off to a potential death before she can be accepted as a WO.

It's Nynaeve's choice. As Egwene said, anyone who wants to call themselves Aes Sedai must swear. *NM*

Yes, what DID the woman who refused to even entertain discussion of ditching the Oath have to do?

Did she -in all her grandness and wisdom- mention that Dream to Rand?

To answer your question, no, she didn't tell him about her dream. *NM*

Funny how Eggy -in Fionwe's own words- 'blanked' out her own Dream then!
