Maybe I rushed through the book too fast, I only got it last night, but all I saw were references from Moridin to Graendal saying that she was responsible for killing two of the Forsaken, and explicitly they talked about Aran'gar.
I don't recall ever seeing him or her explicitly talk or think about killing Asmodean, and the only direct answer I saw was in the glossary.
Can someone tell me which chapter if any Asmodean's name was directly mentioned in reference to his death?
Thanks

SH tells her she is responsible for the destruction of 3 forsaken at the end. Then the glossary nails the coffin shut.
