I don't know, she's a really nice lady and seems to know what's up. I didn't understand this either, nor how it was tied up in her explanation. It seemed that the real issue was TOR was demanding a certain number of books be purchased, which was probably well beyond what she could support in a small store. By her explanation, TOR was binding # of books purchased to the early-release problems. Or something.

Either way, all I really know is that I'm SOL as to getting my copy a few days ahead of time like in the past :[
