And almost no book store, online or brick and mortar, is selling this book at anywhere near the "full" price. If you can find one, take a picture of it and I'll mail you a $20 bill.
They have the right to sell their stuff however they like. All I know is that I will not buy this book from them in any other format than an e-book. If they wait for a long period of time to release the e-book, then I will have read the book some other way and will then buy NO edition from them. They will therefore lose all profits and sales from me. I know a lot of others who are the same.
