Fuck Tor/MacMillan. I've written them an email saying I'll go to the library or pirate online any of their books before I'll buy another one from them if they follow through with their plans to screw people this way and try to force customers to buy a printed edition.
They would make so much more money if they sold the ebooks. It costs them NOTHING. I don't think it is TOR. They put The Way of Kings on the same release date. I think it is Team Jordan.

There is a nasty rumor of it being as long as a year for the ebook. *NM*

The hardcover is selling for around $16 on Amazon. The Kindle edition was about $2 less.

I think ebooks are cheaper to produce. More money for publishers.
