There hasn't been any official announcement from Tor yet, but since the others are ebooks, I'm kind of doubting that this one will only be available in dead-tree form. We just may have to wait a while (probably a month or so) before it comes out.

The hardcover is selling for around $16 on Amazon. The Kindle edition was about $2 less.
