Rand, Faile, Perrin, Galad, Graendal, Cadsuane were pretty good.
Egwene, Mat, Talmanes, Thom, Aran'gar, Moridin, Nynaeve were pretty bad.
The rest were somewhere in between.
This is in terms of how RJ would have written it, imo. If we're speaking purely about the story and how it was written, then they would still stay the same, except switching Egwene and Perrin.
