attn: Etzel re: theories on the fulfillment of Rand's death prophecies

To Etzel: I was wondering if you have your 'Rand fakes his death' theory written up all proper with the new evidence from TGS. I'm trying to make a summary of the evidence for my theory, but I wanted to cover the other prevailing theories, and I figured you would be the best one to go to for this one. I was going to link to Luckers from DM for the body swap theory, unless you guys know of a better version of that theory. I don't think anyone on Theoryland has written it recently (so we have a lot of outdated theories). Luckers is probably best anyway since so many people are familiar with his version of it.
Also, do you know of any other theories about how the death prophecies will be fulfilled? Mine falls into the category of Nynaeve 'healing' his death. Some people speak up for some other random supernatural resurrection sometimes, but it seems that most people go for Nynaeve, the faked death, the body swap, or my pre-TGS theory that he would die and live on in Tel'aran'rhiod, perhaps to be called back by the Horn.
And for lack of anything better to do with this thread, it would be interesting to see where rafo people stand on it, so I made it a survey.

There's also the "ripped from TAR after death" theory, ala Birgitte (re how Rand lives again).

I don't think it is necessary that Rand be a public figure as Elayne's husband.
