1. Way, way in the beginning the fact that the Two Rivers were rarely visited by outsiders was really hit upon in EotW. If so few people came to the area, how did Bran make a living as an innkeeper? I know some folks would go there for a drink or dinner, but would that really support his family?
2. This question was the inspiration for my HTS thread back on wotmania many years ago...where do Trollocs breed? I've never seen mention of a Trolloc breeding ground. I've often wondered what females look like and if a baby Trolloc was raised by humans, what would it be like?
3. At the beginning of EofW, Thom recognizes Padan Fain's wagon and makes a bit of a disparaging comment about him. How does Thom know Fain, especially well enough to have a bad opinion of him?
4. Why do the characters never really TALK to each other? So damn many issues/problems/misunderstandings would not arise if they would just freaking communicate!!!
