I'm not going to guess which book :P

1. Moridin - Alivia

Don't we know from Min's viewing that Rand and another man will touch, with one surviving? Unless that other man is someone other than Moridin, extremely unlikely by my estimation, Rand seems to be the certain pick.

It's not crazy to say they've already fulfilled the "touching" part when they crossed balefires. They are now connected internally.

The crazy part of the theory is that I think "Well, maybe the way Alivia kills Rand is not on purpose. Maybe she kills Moridin and because of the connection, Rand dies too. And then lives again somehow."

Could be. I don't have the text in front of me, but I remember getting the impression that the touching and death are supposed to occur simultaneously. I also seem to remember Rand thinking in TGS that he could touch Moridin but feared the consequences.
