I think Rand's story will move forward some, and Egwene's.

I don't know how many POV's they'll each have, but I think some, and fairly early.
BS and the reviewers say this book is broader (read, more POVs and plotlines) than tGS, which was primarily focused on Rand and Egwene, but still had 5 POV's from: Mat, Siuan, Cadsuane, and Gawyn; 4 from Perrin, Nynaeve, and Aviendha; 3 from Min, Tuon, & Ituralde, plus some singles.
BS also said that Rand and Egwene's storyline moves forward some, so I think we'll see more of them both.
Now, their plots could move forward with POV's from other characters (Siuan, Gawyn, Byrne, Leane, and Mesaana are in the Tower; and Nynaeve, Cadsuane, Min, Tam, and others are back in Rand's main camp), but I think we'll see more from Rand's POV.
There is also the timeline issue. I'm hoping BS gets Perrin and Mat caught up fairly quick, so we can proceed down Rand/Egwene's line (as I think this leads to a BT confrontation), not to mention Moiraine's return. Of course, he could advance Rand and Eggy a bit first, then come back to Mat & Perrin.
