Calling her the agressor does not increase the threat. The situation is unchanged Cannoli Send a noteboard - 07/10/2010 06:35:15 PM
With the Seanchan on the full offensive against both Egwene and Rand I find it hard to believe that he'll simply ignore them. He's got to bring them in line before he can afford to turn his back on them...

You know how all those prophecies say that he has to kneel before the Empress?

at this point they might as well be working for the Shadow since they are at open war with Rand.

I wouldn't be shocked if the Hall declares war on the Seanchan even knowing that it will given Egwene a broad array of power there. What choice do they have? Rank and File AS would be outraged if the Hall decided to play a political game in this case.
That is exactly the sort of petty self-centered manuever that the Tower has been pulling all along - "Forget the fight against the Shadow, we've got axes to grind!" Shades of Manetheren, Barashelle, Hawkwing, Malkier and every other failure or misplaced priority of the Tower for at least 2,000 years.

She'd be pissed just like everyone else in the series. - 03/10/2010 12:52:58 AM 576 Views
She has no reason to be pissed about being asked to follow Rand - but that won't stop her of course. - 03/10/2010 12:57:48 PM 549 Views
So you would be fine if the leader of your country simply decided one day to follow someone else in - 03/10/2010 04:00:27 PM 532 Views
