I'm surprised no one has discussed Seanchan yet - Edit 1

There is a murderer that is ruling Seanchan openly. Who is this murderer? One of Demandred's proxies?
Everyone always disagrees with me about this, but I don't think we can rule out Demandred's involvement in Seanchan.
Semirhage, while she was working with Tuon, would not have had time to orchestrate all the plots going on in the Seanchan mainland. Surely there must have been a Forsaken hand at work to completely implode the Seanchan government and military.
The might of the Seanchan armed forces must have looked attractive to Demandred, but it will be interesting if any of these Seancahan forces can ever be teleported to Randland for battle.
A Forsaken would be completely unopposed in Seanchan-- it will be interesting to find out who is behind all this mayhem.
