Uniting seems likely, except for Taim and his croneys, but will the men take the 3 oaths?
Egwene was brought around to it by Suian after she intended to remove the 3 oaths forever.
It would seem a very unfair advantage that men would remain un oathed and all AS would stay oathed.
Thoughts?

It does seem like Jordan has committed the Aes Sedai to preserving the Three Oaths though. Very un-Southern of him; an oath whose only force is compulsion is rather empty. It may accomplish the practical effect, but there's no integrity in it; it often seems many Aes Sedai have lost all integrity because the Oath Rod sets their boundaries so they don't have to do so. That's certainly the impression with much of the rest of Randland, as Egwene herself noted when SHE argued against the Three Oaths. And we don't know whether a woman released from the Oaths magically regains all the centuries of life she would've lost, any more than we know if swearing the Oaths now would kill Alivia on the spot.
I'm hoping there will be some kind of AoL revelation about the Oath Rod or an additional Egwene epiphany that shows her that removing the Oaths is the only option. If she can change her mind once she can change it again, and right till the moment she said she was going to retain them after all Jordans tone throughout the series implied to me that he only created the Three Oaths to begin so that he could remove them in the end.
Honorbound and honored to be Bonded to Mahtaliel Sedai

Hopefully no, and it seems like the themes point against it.

Unify: yes, but not set themselves apart. Oaths: I don't think so.
