The Dark One doesn't have like, a big red alarm bell that goes off whenever someone starts talking about the Black Ajah.
And even if he did, this still doesn't make sense- betraying the Black Ajah when you die is BUILT IN to the oath! When you betray the Black Ajah in your Last Hour, you're still bound by your oath!
So yeah, this seems unlikely
