You want the females to be badass. I understand that. I accept it.
No I do not. For the ten thousandth time, I'm merely trying to show you that men and women are equal as channelers. You spend so much time trying to make males seem stronger that my constant countering has convinced you that I want women to be stronger.
I don't know WHY you want this, although I have my suspicions - strong older sister figure, dominant mother, single parent upbringing, whatever, that's none of my business.
No to all of those, but I'm pretty sure you're part of the 'men rule the home, my wife likes the kitchen' club. As you said, none of my business.
However, I'm afraid that your desires are interfering with your interpretation of the evidence. You see, while Lanfear was clearly as powerful as any channeler - and here I mean powerful in terms of effective strength - there really exists no evidence to place Graendal in the same bracket. In fact, we know that Graendal was at least two levels below Lanfear in strength.
I don't mean to place her in the same bracket, but it's entirely possible she is. You see, while Ishamael may be at 100, and Demandred at 95, the same could be true with Lanfear and Graendal, with Cyndane squashed in at 97. You really can't say anything with certainty. Just because you want Graendal to be on 90 or 80 or 70 means nothing... what is a 'level' anyway?
Furthermore, every instance of her outperforming other channelers in a One Power confrontation is based on her possessing an angreal. In fact, there is a strong case to be made that RJ gave her the angreal precisely because he wanted to keep her around until the end, and needed a way to boost her competitiveness in One Power confrontations.
Moridin wants an angreal too... so now what? Graendal was prepared to fight Lanfear long before she had an angreal. It obviously gives her an advantage, but how is it logical to assume she was inferior to other Forsaken without it?
Any way, there is no evidence that Graendal is as powerful as the most powerful males, and in fact, she herself provides a number of hints that it would in fact NOT be advisable for her to clash directly with top class male channelers.
But she isn't the most powerful channeler - we know that. Rand is, and she doesn't want to fight him. Who does who isn't a madman? You've erroneously extrapolated that because she's scared of the most powerful channeler in the world, that she's no match for the next five who are all weaker than him too.

It's all blather - Any Forsaken can take out any other Forsaken. Even in a stand-up fight.

I agree, most Forsaken will not 'arm wrestle' each other, they will kill. *NM*
