Do everything she did without an angreal! Even with her weak angreal she may not have been able to do this! Instead of trying to prove something impossible from the chapter start thinking about what would make Graendal's acts doable. Two options:
1. She had her angreal and it was stronger tha. We've previously given it credit for
2. Aran'gar was not holding the Power and was caught by surprise. Her Gasp could mean anything.
Your supposition that Graendal's statement of losing objects of the powers silly since she could have had dozen's on ter'angs for all we know!
