Callandor certainly seems to be made of cuendillar, as nothing should be able to stop balefire, but Callandor did.

It can't be just that it is a super strong sa'angreal. Since it has been said that any amount of One Power directed against cuendillar only strengthens it, that would explain why even balefire could not destroy cuendillar.


The Dream ter'angreal we see throughout the series are all mentioned as being incredibly hard... they might be some form of cuendillar.
