What's your point? Either way, they would be better off than the creators of the White Tower... - Edit 1

What is the point you are trying to make? You seem hell bent on proving that Age of Legends Aes Sedai fleeing to another world would not be a good idea.
The undeniable fact is that whatever they are able to take with them, even if they just took the Age of Legends knowledge in their heads, they would still have a vast advantage over the scattered groups of half trained Aes Sedai who founded the White Tower hundreds of years after the Breaking.
On earth, no Aes Sedai from the Age of Legends survived the Breaking. And they had to survive centuries of destruction and chaos before they could begin to rebuild. They had no tools or technology left, but they still managed to create the White Tower.
Compared to the unfortunates who stayed behind, any Age of Legends Aes Seda who escaped to a more stable planet would have been able to establish a White Tower or Hall of Servants or its equivalent IMMEDIATELY, with Age of Legends knowledge still intact.
Whatever the White Tower has achieved in the last 3000 years, a sizeable group of Age of Legends Aes Sedai would have been able to achieve vastly more on another, Breaking-free world.
