Whether it's Nynaeve, Egwene, or Rand, these folks seem super-gifted and precocious. In the case of Rand, he's got an unfair advantage with his special AoL knowledge.
Still, the ease of acquiring this knowledge is a bit excessive...

Like Blossoms of Fire and Deathgates used by the Ashaman at the Manor, and Alviarin learning Traveling so easily.
These aren't gifted channelers. Some of them are not even average.
How do you lose a weave if it just takes a second's glance at the flows to learn how to copy it.
How were all these amazing weaves 'lost' ?
