Which would make him a very limited Force of Doom. Assumes the Wheel of Time is also restricted to Earth. Which would lead to all kinds of weird stuff...say an Aes Sedai travels to some random planet in the cosmos, and later dies there...is the soul reborn outside the Wheel, or does it return to an Earthly reincarnation?
On the other hand, if Aes Sedai could travel to other worlds, and if Earth is not the only planet linked to the Wheel, then male channelers anywhere in the universe would go mad.
So, if all planets are linked to the Wheel, then if there are Aes Sedai and/or non-channelers out there somewhere, from previous AOL excursions, perhaps there are muliple Dragons? On multiple planets? Or even without multiple Dragons, those colonists are perhaps somehow trying to fight against the DO from out there somewhere? Or perhaps they are all star trekking across the universe, always going forward, still can't find reverse (or call home).

The Dark One touches the whole Universe, presumably.
But the Breaking was limited to the Earth where thousands of male channelers were going mad.
Aes Sedai Traveled to other planets, thats a fact confirmed by RJ himself. If there was a small outpost on some distant fertile planet - say a research or recreational outpost, then the fleeing Aes Sedai could have Traveled there with a few million refugees, and left the male Aes Sedai behind. Even if the male Aes Sedai went with them, their number would have been limited to those participating in the circle - about 36 or so, if I recall circle dynamics correctly.
Therefore, even if they all went mad, they could not have inflicted major damage on a global scale to their new planet.
The female Aes Sedai could then recreate an Age of Legends type of society with the thousands or even millions of non-channeling refugees that accompanied them.
Any new male channelers that are born into this society would not be able to channel anymore than the odd false Dragon is able to channel today. And given the sophisticated society they could have established having come straight from the Age of Legends, this situation could have been very carefully monitored.
The result would have been a White Tower with Aes Sedai from the Age of Legends, with most of its One Power knowledge still intact.
And unravaged by the remaining centuries of the Breaking, or Trollocs or the Blight etc.
The Dark One woulds still be part of the Pattern, but there isn't a Shayol Ghul on the Moon, and one on Mars, and one in Alpha Centauri etc.
The centre was here on earth. The Aes Sedai on the refugee planet would have been able to recreate the Age of Legends - or at least major portions of it, before too long.
The Compact of Ten Nations that existed just before the Trolloc Wars even professed some hopes of achieving this - and this was a thousand years after the Breaking, and with no living Aes Sedai from the Age of Legends.
A few hundred female Aes Sedai surviving from the Age of Legends on some distant world would have been able to do much more than that, especially if they had brougth thousands of skilled, educated, non channeling refugees with them.
