Though I agree with you!

The Fisher King is such an ancient icon that no one knows where the idea comes from, even in the AoL. So, he's musing that maybe it's so ancient that it's actually from the 4th or 5th Ages, come the long way around back to the Age of Legends.



(Sidenote: "Our" Fisher King is a remnant of Arthurian myth, and Arthurian myth crops up quite often in WoT)
