shaidar haran/elza just found it and there is no suspect

And how did Shadar Haran nullify the alarm weaves when Cadsuane left them on and is clearly not BA? We have never seen SH have that kind of power. As for Elza she could clearly not unweave something that Cadsuane wove, inverted and knew would act as an alarm. Also, how would either of them even have a clue where it was hidden? Only Sorilea knew and that makes her what?
