Uh... no they can't.
It's possible that they'll learn how soon, but not guaranteed. We don't know how long it will take to break Elaida, and even if it happens quickly (as I've said elsewhere, she's hard but brittle and may crack easily), there's no certainty that she'll immediately start sharing out every weave she knows.
Well nearly so. Obviously they don't know it at the end of TGS, since Elaida has not yet arrived at Ebou Dar even. However Elaida knows how to do it and I expect she will break quickly. Infact it would not surprise me at all if she is actually arrogant enough to proclaim herself Amyrlin and demand to be released and such, thereby making herself a priority target. Though odds are that the Seanchan already know her. She is not exactly been incognito.
As you yourself say, Elaida will crack easily, and once she does the Seanchan will have traveling very quickly. Traveling was afterall one of the primary reasons for the entire raid. They will be wanting that most of all, and doing their very best to break the prisoners as quickly as possible. I doubt it will take long.
I have no doubt that the Seanchan will learn Travelling eventually, but there's no guarantee that they'll have it before TG makes it moot. They certainly won't be making use of it before the very end of ToM at the earliest.
Well, ToM will actually jump back in timeline apparently in that we get to see what Mat and Perrin were doing while Rand was going loony, so this is true. But I expect that once we do get to the latter half of the book and the timeline goes beyond the WT attack, we can expect Seanchan to have traveling soon afterwards.
The BT is a fortress, created in a world and at a time where everyone considered male channelers to be an abomination. This is not the smug and complacent WT, wrapped up in its own petty infighting and oblivious to even a direct warning. The BT will have guards and sentries and wards. Taim has already described in an earlier book how he would set up an area to instantly detect enemy channelers at work. Do you really think he's taken no steps to defend his own base?
Yes and no. I am not saying that BT is unprotected, but at the same time they do NOT expect an attack like the Seanchan would do. The Asha'man do not know how to block gateways from opening, so the best the wards would do would be to warn them that someone is channeling saidar inside the tower.
They also do not expect an attack via traveling since they think the Seanchan don't have that. Aes Sedai do, but the oath against killing prevents the AS from performing an all out ambush attack like the one I am thinking off.
Here is a theoretical possibility:
Lets say the attack happens during the night as I originally suggested, there are likely guards, but most of the Asha'man are sleeping. Suddenly 25 gateways open all over the BT area. And out of each gateway two damane/sul'dam pairs run through and INSTANTLY start using the OP to throw fire and destruction at the best of their ability. What do you think would happen? I would say that a lot of people in BT would simply die before they even knew what was happening, while the rest would take a while to react and start fighting back, during which time even more would die.
BT might not fall from an attack like this, but they would likely take very heavy casualties. One might even say that the Black Tower would be rent in blood and fire. And would that not be basically what the Seanchan want? Unlike with the AS and WT, they don't want to capture the Asha'man, but rather to kill them all as quickly as possible.
