I pre-ordered almost every book since WH, and since I was a WOTmaniac, I decided to help out the site by pre-ordering through them (although I seem to remember the "pre-order to support" option only came with CoT, but whatever.)
Is there a RAFO option for the pre-order? (I'd prefer the German Amazon, myself.) Or should i just go ahead an pre-order myself?
