Exactly, the narrator made the distinction that it was Rand who recognized the sword. That should solidly debunk the LTT's sword theory.

As far as the False Dragon's sword theory, that has no basis at all. It could be any of the false dragon's over the 'centuries'.

In regards to Justice theory, the only problem seems to be that some don't believe Artur would have a dragon on his scabbard because he was his enemy always. But...

So he was his ally as often as his enemy...

Hmm, how odd, he seems to need a certain banner, with a certain symbol on it to fight under. I wonder which symbol it could be?

"Yes." Rand tore open the straps of his saddlebags and pulled out the Dragon's banner.


Oh yeah, the dragon...

So apparently he Artur wasn't always the Dragon's enemy, and he would fight under the Dragon.
