With the time-line altered it seems to me possible that characters who died near the end of tSR may make an appearance in ToM. For example, it seems quite likely that Verin will make an appearance after she drops Mat off. She might even have some information for Elayne or Perrin as well. (I haven't checked the Wot time-line to see how much time elapsed between when Verin left Mat and when she had her little chat with Egwene).
*Sigh* I used to be able to speak English. By "time-line altered" I meant that parts of ToM occur before parts of tGS allowing Verin for instance to make an appearance in Caemlyn in ToM before she died in tGS. The time-line is not altered but the order that it is in the series is altered.
