With the time-line altered it seems to me possible that characters who died near the end of tSR may make an appearance in ToM. For example, it seems quite likely that Verin will make an appearance after she drops Mat off. She might even have some information for Elayne or Perrin as well. (I haven't checked the Wot time-line to see how much time elapsed between when Verin left Mat and when she had her little chat with Egwene).

Another possibility is that Graendel will make an appearance in the prologue similar to the way that Sevanah was in the prologue to CoS when she lost Dumai's wells.

Finally, there is a small possibility that Sheriam or some other dead BA traveled to create some havoc someplace like perhaps the BT.

Finally, for good this time I hope, there is the possibility that one of the dead BA like Sheriam might be quasi-brought back to life by the DO to give the DO information. I would hate it if the DO was able to find out Verin betrayed him early enough to grab her soul and punish her to warn others, but there might be a minute possibility of that as well.

Will there be any character appearances in ToM of those we know are going to die in tGs? If so, which ones? Is Sheriam truly out of the woods with the DO or did you last expression of terror mean that the DO still has her soul.
