Because he has only been seen by other people (aside from the other FS, who wouldn't notice) in T'A'R lately.
But no dark aura is mentioned, though Moridin already had the saa then from TP usage. I also don't see why other Forsaken wouldn't notice this aura, if they notice the saa. Finally, I think Ishy's dark aura and saa are also seen in TAR.
