I would rather think at the moment that this points to an assassination on her, probably by the Shadow (Gray Man, Slayer, Aran'gar?), or maybe by one of the remaining blood knives.
But might mean something completely different.

I agree that it is indicative of an assassination attempt. On the subject of Beldeine, I wonder how common that name is. In Egwene’s final test for Accepted that foretold her future as the Amyrlin Seat her Keeper of the Chronicles was named Beldeine. I have always wondered if that Beldeine was Beldeine Nyram. I know that Beldeine Nyram is currently with Rand and Egwene has taken Silviana as her new Keeper but it seems strange that a “Beldeine” would appear in Egwene’s test as her future Keeper.
