As many already stated above.

For me, Seanchan is like Wihitecloaks on steroids. And Whitecloaks are not likeable bunch in the series.

Tuon is a focal point of the Seanchan philosophy: bigoted, misguided, self-righteous, very inflexible and, for me, outright evil.
