Well.. maybe that won't happen quite this way, but I certainly expect Rand to face some of the consequences of what he went through since LOC or so. He will want to spend "good times" with people he loves, but sadly he will have to face the fact he's massively undermined almost all his relationships through the series. Rand probably knows this all too well, and the relationshp that suffered the least (because they barely had time together) is the one he shares with Elayne, which makes me think she may be the first one he goes to, and the one he opens his heart to about his fears he's antagonized and lost everyone else, and how to gain them back before TG.
I wonder if there is anyone that will not forgive Rand.
Min will most certainly do since she knows that Rand was insane and not really to blame. She is perhaps the one that best knows what Rand went through. I expect she will be overjoyed to have the sane Rand back.
Tam too will most likely forgive. He might be a bit wary at first after what happened the last time, but I think after Rand apologizes and calls him father and acts more like the old Rand he too will be happy like Min.
Nynaeve stuck with Rand through the worst of his insanity so she too will only be happy to have Rand back and will not blame him.
As for Mat and Perrin. Well, they were not really around for the worst of it so there is loss to apologize for. He has acted too harshly with them but not in a way that would be irreversible.
The Aiel might be a different story. Rand has treated them poorly with his orders and anger for things they were not to blame and so on. Same with the Maidens. But I think they too will see that Rand has improved and things are not beyond repair.
Aviendha and Elayne again were not really there for the worst of it. Rand has been distant from them perhaps, but that can still be rectified.
Hurin was one of those who got the brunt of dark!Rand, and seeing the meeting was really sad. Still, like before I think that once Hurin sees Rand again and hears his apology, he too will be so happy at having "Lord Rand" back that he will forgive. Maybe Rand will even make Hurin a part of his retinue and we will see more of Hurin in the final two books. I think that would be nice.
Ituralde will most likely abandon Rand, since Rand abandoned his promise to him. Though if Rand tries to make up and returns to Bandar Eban to fix things then maybe not.
The Asha'man such as Flinn and the others have a very poor relationship with Rand. Thanks to LTT he avoided the Black Tower in the first place, and since then he has acted like a tyrant to the point that they are more afraid of Rand than they are actually loyal. Hopefully Rand can fix that too somehow.
Anyone else?
Another question is Rand's TP usage. It seems likely that sooner or later this will be revealed. I wonder how people will react when they learn that Rand used the very essence of the Dark One. I think those closest to him such as Min will fully understand he had no choice in the matter, but will others be so understanding? For example, how would Mat who has such a negative view of OP react when he learns that Rand used something much much worse.

I love this line of analysis, but Mat does tend to treat channelers like people
