Not react about Semirhage's death, but about the fact Shai'tan let Rand use the True Power.

I don't buy the "drawing Shai'tan via Moridin's ability to channel without Shai'tan's consent" idea. It makes no sense to me.You can believe Semirhage's comment was meant to mislead, I believe included her reaction to explain what happened.
