They are in any case super hard to kill. But it's anyway unlikely that Fain has an army behind him. IMO, Fain will be toast, once the DH find him. Maybe Fain can take 3-4 with his dagger and his tricks, but not 50 at once. They just have to jump at Fain from all side, especially since one drop of DH blood or saliva can kill you.

Of course, it's possible that only Fain's body will die, but that Mordeth's ghost can't be destroyed that way and will just separate from Fain again to find a new host.
