I like the logical conclusion you lead to. I only have one question... how does Callandor fit into all of this?

Callandor was a huge part of the Karaethon Cycle, what with the taking of the Stone, and the Sword that is not, and striking the sword into the Heart to hold their hearts...

Rand even reflects on this in comparison to the Choe'dan Kal. Callandor is as much a symbol of the Dragon as the Dragon Banner.

You may be right about Justice, but I can't help but feel like Callandor's story is not fully told. If your theory is right, then what do you propose is Callandor's place in all of this.
