In fact, BS's answer that there are flashbacks makes is highly likely that we will get a Graendal PoV.
For example, Perrin, but also Lan or Loial.
It's complete nonsense to bring back a character that died in Rand's timeline - which is up to date - with a scene before the death; something like this also never happened before in the series. One could also argue in a similarly absurd way then that we will "likely" get another Semirhage or Elza PoV from before their deaths, just because it would be cool.
The point of a Graendal PoV has little to do with Asmodean, though it could fulfil that role. Graendal's fate is not a certainty, no matter how much you think it is, and a scene would thus put a minor mystery to rest. It's not an essential scene by any means, but it's a possibility, and not a stupid one as you seem to think.

Graendal is part of several plot lines. Aran'gar at the very least is unseen in TGS, but involved

Again, there is no sensible reason for a scene where Graendal is shown again before her death. *NM*
