I think Mesaana will be captured by Egwene and her friends and likely executed by the AS then. Maybe this is related to Egwene's Dream of being in danger of beheading, if someone won't come to her in time.
Moridin
Rand will kill him. I think this is pretty much a given.
Cyndane
It depends if - as one can expect - Cyndane is still mindtrapped, when Rand kills Moridin. Whoever gets the mindtraps, might kill her, if the mindtraps aren't destroyed alongside Moridin.
Moghedien
The same applies to Moghedien.
Demandred
I hope that there will yet come a confrontation with Rand. Otherwise I think that an AM & AS circle might kill him.
Aran'gar
I believe that Aran'gar might now be in Perrin's camp. Thus, perhaps Perrin will kill her. Otherwise possibly Narishma.

I think he will die, when Rand defeats the DO.

Likely Mat and/or Elayne with Birgitte.

Maybe Perrin, though a duel with Lan or Rand would be cool.

Probably Slayer and/or the Darkhounds.
