Somehow, that thousand years post-Breaking seems the most mysterious to me, in terms of events and culture. I'd really have loved to read about the politics, the nations, and then finally the wars that led to its downfall. Its point in the timeline (so soon after the Age of Legends) would probably have made it an interesting period.
For some reason, the War of Power has never interested me quite as much. Maybe it's just because we have more information about it. But then, I prefer to read about a stable culture and THEN see its downfall rather than read about a war in isolation. It seems more tragic that way, I guess.
