Actually SH can affect/move Sammael's bag with a spear he takes and later even burn this spear with the TP in PoD, ch.40. Thus, he can at least in certain ways affect some objects (maybe not OP objects?!). I guess in any case, that he can only use the TP against objects and DF at the moment.
