That might actually be the translation of Semirhage, though the word "lady" almost sounds a bit too reverent, considering that the Forsaken names are supposed to be contemptuous.

Demandred certainly means something with hate/hatred, because this was Demandred's most famous trait. It's even stated in the Guide:
"In the third year of the war, he turned to the Dark Lord to avenge his overwhelming hatred of the Dragon, and was called Demandred."

This suggests a correlation between Barid's turning to the Shadow, because of his overwhelming hatred, and his nickname Demandred.

Another idea for Mesaana might be something like evil stepmother, or so.
